Dr KAREN PIRO - Managing Member & Industrial Psychologist
Karen is an international business and forensic consulting professional with a PhD in Industrial Psychology.
With offices in South Africa and Germany, she consults internationally, working within the multi-national corporate sector, including as far afield as China, in the role of strategic advisor and leadership coach, with a keen focus on organizational restructuring and alignment of global strategies for sustainability.
Karen provides a focused scientific approach to identify future emerging employee and leadership needs to arrive at fit-for-purpose innovative solutions that are both practical and theoretically sound. She also has a keen interest in executive leadership coaching. She has lectured & supervised from graduate to post-graduate levels.
Karen has worked in the medico-legal field since 2010, with specialized forensic expertise both in South Africa and Europe. In this field she has compiled over 2,000 such expert reports and has testified on numerous occasions in the role of Expert Witness in the High Courts of South Africa.

Albrecht is an international business consultant, holding a Doctorate degree in Business Administration and served over 30 years in senior teams of leading multinational manufacturing companies as, inter alia, Vice President (USA), Managing Director (SA), and Director of Business Development (RU & Asia Pacific).
Based upon his technical undergrad studies (chemical & polymer science), in conjunction with his business-oriented tertiary education and hands-on management of business processes, Albrecht adds value by evaluating & analyzing operational structure and process flow enhancements in terms of output efficiency and effectiveness in both financial & operational terms.

Ms Sharene Koopman is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the South African Health Professions Council and a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner with the South African Board of Personnel Practice.
She has over 30 years of working experience in various industries which includes, government where she was a Deputy Director in The Presidency, Non-Government Environment where she headed the Human Resource Department in an environment that in included, Children’s Homes, Schools, Adult Housing facilities with employees and volunteers in each of these environments.
As an HR Director in the Construction environment for two JSE listed companies for more than ten years she gained a wealth of knowledge over numerous industries and offers a thorough in depth understanding of these environments, including the specialised areas such as Oil & Gas and Electrical & Instrumentation as well as Fabrication, covering various Bargaining Councils. She has applied this extensive industry experience in the medico-legal field since 2015.

STEPHEN GOOLD - Professional Engineer and Training & Development Consultant
Stephen is a human resource specialist and business consultant based in South Africa. Qualified with a master’s in engineering, he has spent over 30 years in multinational corporations assuming a variety of functions. He has gained experience in the following disciplines: software development, test engineering, plant maintenance, production, and lean manufacturing.
He has over a decade of experience in training and development, which includes reengineering organization processes and structures which includes knowledge of pay models, bargaining agreements, psychometric assessment analysis and employment legislation. Exposure has included resource selection and subsequent development strategies at all levels to meet occupational demands within the context of South African legislation and the socio-economic challenges of the region.

Erica is a qualified educator (Higher Diploma in Education), with a special interest in remedial teaching, and was a Principal of a Pre-Primary School. She has many years of teaching experience, tutoring and coaching, providing valuable insight and research into educational aspects.
Erica also manages all operational facets with specific focus on administration and communication, as well as providing well-organised office support to our team.
